good standing from the highest court in all jurisdictions in which he/she has been
admitted.

Virgin Islands Bar Association, evidencing that all pro hac vice membership dues
have been paid to that agency.
The attorney seeking pro hac vice admission must submit documentation evidencing
that payment of licensing fees has been paid to the
Islands Department of
Licensing and Consumer Affairs.
Will a letter from the state bar be accepted as evidence of the status of my bar
membership in a particular jurisdiction?
No. A certificate of good standings from the highest Court in the jurisdiction
where the attorney seeking pro hac vice admission is required to evidence the
status of an attorney’s bar membership in all jurisdictions required.
How many times can an attorney be admitted Pro Hac Vice before the Superior Court?
Pursuant to Superior Court Rule 301(b), an attorney or law firm is expressly
prohibited from undertaking more than three (3) cases total in the Superior
Court.
