The filing fee for a Petition for Pro Hac Vice Admission with the Superior Court is Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

What documents are required to be filed in support of a Petition for Pro Hac Vice Admissions?

A separate miscellaneous petition must be filed by an attorney who is of record in the pending litigation and a member of the Virgin Islands Bar in good standing. The Petition cannot be a motion in the pending action for which the attorney seeks pro hac vice admission.

A filing fee made payable to the Clerk of the Superior Court in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) should accompany the documents submitted.
