The Superior Court governs the admission of all attorneys to the Virgin Islands Bar. The membership of
the Virgin Islands Bar consists of the following three (3) categories of attorneys:
Pro Hac Vice Admissions
- Attorneys are admitted to the Virgin
Islands Bar pursuant to the provisions of Superior Court Rule 301.
Special Admissions - Attorneys are specially admitted to the Virgin
Islands Bar pursuant to the provisions of Superior Court Rule 302.
Regular Admissions - Attorneys are admitted to the Virgin Islands Bar
pursuant to the provisions of Superior Court Rule 304.
Prior to admissions to the Virgin Islands Bar, all individuals desiring to practice law in the Virgin
Islands Bar should familiarize themselves with the Rules of the Superior Court, including, but not
limited to the rules which govern professional responsibility, discipline, and establish membership
status.

Director of Bar Admissions.
