The mission of the Superior Court’s Law Library is to provide both the employees of
the court, and the public with access to the legal written word, including the laws
of the United States and the Territory of the Virgin Islands. The Law Library is an
essential component of the judicial system that provides legal references to Judges,
Superior Court employees, and practicing attorneys. Professional librarians select,
manage and organize materials in the Law Libraries on both the islands of St. Thomas
and St. Croix.
