The Jury Management Division is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the
master list of prospective jurors for criminal and civil trials that are conducted
by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. The office secures jurors through a
two step process: first, by sending Juror Qualification Questionnaires to determine
the ability of prospective jurors to serve, and second, by issuing summonses to
potential jurors to appear for service.
If you received notice to appear, the staff in the Jury Management Division can
assist you in completing the required form within the ten day deadline. They can
provide basic information that will help you understand your role as a juror.
